check s3 to see if you have the right bucket. In config.json you should put your preferred bucket name.

I think it's your identity pool name. Make sure your pool name does not have special characters.

for me it works for some stuff but when it starts creating lambdas it shows could not connect to endpoint 'https://iam.us-east1.amazonaws.com' for each lambada and keeps going to the end...
