Unable to connect to the devices fpt server

Im unable to connect to the device fpt server when I try to enable adb to use superpatcher. See the attached image below. How do I fix this?

I've used 10 different cables, I cant access anything at the ip addres nor can I access the black box or the data upload tab on the dji assisant 2 application. What can the problem be? Ive already refreshed the software on the drone.
