com.jezhumble.javasysmon.WindowsMonitor.processTable() leads sometimes to access violation under Windows10

Hi guys,

i love javasysmon, didnt find any other free .jar (or even commercial) with this simple but useful functionality to access processes under java. It would be great if someone with DLL knowledge could fix this problem. I add the core dump log
