not block entire IDE when deploying to heroku

actually when I click deploy to heroku, entire IDE is blocked, I have to wait until deploy procedure ends and then continue work... I think that not-blocking deploy will be good idea :)

environ: OS: Ubuntu 14.04 IDE: IC Community 13.1.5
