It would be nice (but maybe a whole lot of added programming slack) to verify email addresses before accepting quiz highscorers, to allow only one participation/valid email.

Do you mean only listing unique users in the Top Score widget? Or do you mean only saving scores for unique users?

I think saving? And a notice "this email address has already particpated" if a user tries to particpate again? And if the email [email protected] is never confirmed, than the results of that participant wont be listed as topscorer? It might be that Wordpress has something in place for that kind of thing? I know its all cosmetics, as the quiz is easily hackable, but well, life is hackable, and we still live it.
