baud rate 115200 over bluetooth does not work with android, 9600 works

Hi, I am having a problem with communicating data from jevois to android over bluetooth. When the baud rate is set to 9600 the communication is fine but when I change the baudrate in the params.cfg file to any other rate, jevois does not communicate with android. I am unable to change the baud rate on the android side. I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to solve this problem.
