This module could be used to nest jetty-11 inside of jetty-10 to allow use of both javax and jakarta servlets in the same server.

The work for this has been renamed to jetty-delegate, and is currently located here in the appengine-java-standard project, but we might decide to bring it back to Jetty at some point.
