Branch console for different Android API versions

The Contacts API is substantially different between different versions of 
Android. Now that the Console webapp is separated from the main I-Jetty apk, we 
no longer have to be backwardly compatible with SDK1.6 - we can release 
versions to match appropriate SDKs.

This will also allow us to work with the multiple Google accounts of the later 
SDKs.
