Should we exclude /sdcard/jetty from media scanner?

The android media scanner can skip directories if you include a ".nomedia" 
file in the directory.  This should probably be done in the /sdcard/jetty 
directory to prevent all of the webapp directories and temp directories from 
showing up in the Android gallery.

Course, this would also affect the console webapp's media upload facility.
So we should be aware that we might need to change the console webapp as well 
to upload media outside of the /sdcard/jetty directory.
