Guage Chart Will Not Work Dynamically

when you try to work on 'Dynamic Guage' from this example http://jettro.github.io/c3-angular-directive/examples/index.html#/gauge

gauge chart will not show up, and x,y axis of a bar chart shows up with no data on it......

Strange, if I run it it works like a charm. Which browser are you using? What version?
