Investigate external dependencies

What happened:

To understand the implications of a lock down better it would be good to investigate which external assets we pull and communicate with. (related to #670)

What you expected to happen:

We should be able to run/build a cluster completly airgapped. We should come up with a list of things that need to happen to make that possible on AWS

Anything else we need to know?:

Things that come immediately into my mind:

• Download wing from github
• Installing packages with YUM
• Pull images from docker hub/quay.io whatever
