I think you @mattbates created some diagrams for the puppetconf talk not too sure if you still are able to find those.

That's the diagram I'd been looking for when I asked you whether Tarmak runs the kubelet alongside the API server.

I think it should be included into https://docs.tarmak.io/introduction.html#architecture-overview with some description about how we use wing to run puppet.
