How can I remove Taskbar11?

I tried it, and it's not really for me. How do I undo it?

Thanks.

Hi there!

To revert to the default layout, you should:

  1. Set the taskbar position to "Bottom"
  2. Set the taskbar size to "Medium"
  3. Uncheck the setting (checkbox) "Use Old Context Menu For Right Mouse Button Click"
  4. Click "Save"

All other settings can be adjusted through the Windows settings menu.

The application is portable, so deleting the .exe from your system will suffice.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thank you very much. Busy weekend of work, I'll do this Monday.

I do like having the taskbar at the top, and this did the trick for me, but when doing a particular project, I might 3 or 4 copies of Windows Explorer and other windows open, and hovering over the icon in the task bar no longer lets me see previews of all and click the one I want. When doing this project, I might need to do this 3 or 4 times per minute. The Alt-Tab option just takes too much time. When using anything else, I love Taskbar11. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to try it, and thanks for your quick response.

You can use win11_start_spacer..exe on Github to fix that. The screenshots are opening above the top of your screen.
