Taskbar Thumbnail previews don't show
The normal behaviour with the taskbar on the bottom is to show app thumbnail previous when you mouse over an open app with multiple sessions running, so for example I mouse over and see 3 OneNote windows and I can pick which one to open.
When the taskbar is moved to the top I am assuming the preview is still showing on top so you can no longer see previews, thumbnail previews would need to be flipped down.
This is my issue as well, it's making me nuts. I hope there's a solution! :)

Hello Meglega14, I ended up downloading Start11 from startdock dot com which fixes the issue and has much better features, so far I've seen no issues with the program in Win 11. You get a 30 day trial which so far has proven to be worth the $5.99 it will cost me at the end of the trial period, so by the end of the trial I will skip going to McDonalds for a McRib and buy this, actually they don't have the McRib anymore so getting this and not going back to McDonalds :).
