Jetpack is not installed on ssd.

While moving the boot to ssd before installing jetpack, an error message appears saying that the jetpack sdk installation is not possible... In this case, is there a way to install jetpack from the ssd or to move the boot to emmc to install the sdk again or to reboot from the sd card?
