Unclear Error Message

Attempting to generate map of Codrington, Barbuda. Got most of the way through generating the mod, but I received an

"ERROR: File ' ' is missing. Have you added all required mods in application configuration?"

This occurred after unpacking began. I only used assets from Arma 3, Tanoa, and Livonia. For good measure, I have ARM subscribed, and checked in the options menu. I am not sure what the missing file is in this case or what it means by "Application Configuration" any help is appreciated.
