plugin does not support latest packer

since packer release 1.5.x, this plugin does not support it any more

@winterwy, see also #306 and #308 - this plugin has been merged into the official packer source tree. Unfortunately a small hint regarding this great change is missing in the readme of this repository.

Simply delete the plugin file from your packer plugin folder, otherwise the bundled vsphere-iso or vsphere-clone builders are not used.
