Feature Request: Ability to target DRS Cluster for storage

Currently I can only target a specific datastore. If that datastore gets decommissioned, the next packer build will fail. Please add the ability to pick a DRS cluster and allow vSphere to pick the specific datastore.

We also lack this ability. In production environment it makes total sense to use all placement and resource management capabilities provided by vCenter rather than tie to a specific datastore instance, which might suddenly become unavailable due to reasons outside of my control because virtualization infrastructure is managed by somebody else.
