support crd webhooks

Hi,

Is there a plan to support crd webhooks? There was a PR adding it but was closed because of another commit. https://github.com/jet/kube-webhook-certgen/pull/28/commits/7e34f26e9cd155b955f3ba39c07fed15bfe77ed7

@wonderflow maybe you can file that commit in a separate PR?

Would be very helpful and appreciated :)

In general, we'd like to understand if there's interest in such feature so that we can push a PR, possibly reusing what was done in https://github.com/jet/kube-webhook-certgen/pull/28 We are aming at offering kube-webhook-certgen as an alternative to cert-manager for metallb deployments.
