Move to FsProjects

Since Jet doesn't seem to be using Falanx, it would be interesting to move this project to FsProjects so people who's interested can maintain it.

I spoke with original maintainers at Jet and with author @7sharp9 and it seems Ok for them to move it.

@forki could you do the move?

If someone makes me a member and transfer ownership to me then I can move it to fsprojects. Do we have a maintainer?

I am checking how to do it, it's a bit more complicated with orgs (i am repo admin, but need org owner to transfer)

I am speaking with people who have permissions, i'll update this.

Although Jet (or what was Jet) is happy to donate this project, they are having some legal issues regarding giving away the repo itself, so they advice to clone it instead.

@jorgef @enricosada maybe you can put something in the readme stating that the project is no longer maintained here (or archived), but a clone exists in fsprojects which will be community supported.
