Session persistence

I was hoping for session persistence capabilities similar to one of the following

  • ysess
    • https://bitbucket.org/eternicode/yakuake-sessions/src/default/
    • https://github.com/Nekmo/yakuake-sessions
  • https://github.com/UfoDriver/yakuake-sessions

If only yakuake had tmux control mode support this would be very easy using a local tmux session

I like the idea of adding that feature to my script.

I would also find that useful. I upgraded machines recently and ysess stopped working. This repo looks actively maintained, so I thought I'd switch, but then realised that it doesn't support importing/exporting sessions.

I guess a similar thing can be achieved by just having a script with a bunch of calls to yakuake-session, but it would be nice to be able to just pass in some config file.
