Post MBS server changes cleanup

Multiple MBS changes occurred since this script has been written.

• Entity icons are now shown in relationships by MBS-2421
• Annotations now have a proper .annotation-body class on div in main pages, on span in edit pages
• Edit notes now have a proper .edit-note-text class
