"Stop Jest" command doesn't remove annotations

This is a quick issue to open a bug based on this comment in #235. It sounds like the "Jest: Stop" command doesn't remove annotations which will block #235.

All that's left for this to be dev-complete is closing the snapshot preview. So close ... 🐌.
