Out-of-date includes in documentation

The suggested includes in the root-level README.me are very out of date - semantic v1.2.0 rather than 2.2.2, the current version. This means that, if you use those includes, many of the documented features (such as Container) don't work. Just needs updating with the latest cdn URLS.
