Add verbose option to VF.pred

Add argument verbose to VF.pred, if TRUE the result of the prediction made by VF.pred will be print. Defaults to TRUE.

I have been using this with my local VF.pred while analyzing large amounts of sequences at the same time to keep the console clean. I think it could be useful for others.

I will incorporate the verbose option in the next version of the package. So I will keep this pull request open to remind myself later.
