Adds char icon and license section

I love this repository!!! 💗💗💗💗

I add some minor changes to the README.md (hope you enjoy) fixing some markdown issues to make code highlight consistent.

I added an unicode icon of a whale (you can remove if you dont like whales or emojis)

I also added a license section.
