Deprecation warnings in new Atom 1.13.0

Just upgraded to Atom 1.13.0, I have 3 deprecation warnings, and one is from seti-syntax. Any chance of an update?

Also reporting the issue gets me to a github's 414 Request Too Long error, so this may be less visible than it would if automatic reporting was working.

most of the packages having deprecation problem with Atom v1.13.x have been attended. But Seti-Syntax is still pending. I consider this Syntax very useful and nice!!! @jesseweed we claim to your heart to finally publish corrected version... please!!! :)
