Full tag message display

Currently, it is not possible to read the whole tag message. If the message was loaded from a file there is no way to read it here.

Could you show only the full tag message in the big panel?

You could alternatively show the tag message followed by the log that is on the panel in the current version. Or by pressing a key let's say r as read (this one is not assigned yet), open a popup with the full message

current state does not allow the user to read the whole tag message

I would love to help you with a PR, however I currently do not have time for this. Sorry.
