Please change discard all changes confirmation key

I hit dd by mistake and lost 8 hours of work. The confirmation key should be different than the initiation key. My suggestion is d followed by y/n

@jesseduffield maybe switch it up to d -> D instead of d -> d for discarding all changes for the current file?
