support multi compose projects & switching

I'm very interested in this modification, having multiple compose projects on the same host, in different directories, but with the same docker-compose.yml file and only .env variables changing : lazydoker is unusable and only show the latest project

It's not showing all the projects i have more than 5 projects running but it shows only 1 project running

Projects block hight is not enough, it is why only one project name is visible

as I remember probably it has a few bugs of determination height of projects and services blocks. I would be glad if you will continue my work.
