Good script please give newbies a little guidance

Hi there, Have spent time trying to work out all the ins and outs.

1. Please could we have a few more examples of how to pass arguments (.net format strings) to presumably a program (really just like three or four that don't require .net knowledge)
2. At the moment to for example turn off the wifi connection I have set up the following: .. created a bat file .. created a shortcut to bat file with elevated privileges .. bat files reads: netsh interface set interface name="Wi-Fi" admin = enabled .. In runner.. my path is simply the bat file shortcut .. I'm sure there is a better way the pass the command directly to cmd.exe using the parameter but no idea how! Thank you Lewis
