parameters not working?

Hi, Thank you for this plugin, I cannot get parameters to work, using {0} or %1.

r npp c:\test.txt yields C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Wox\app-1.3.424\n doesn't exist. Create it?

Any thoughts on a new release or fix for this? Thank you!
