Minor annoyance when gathering data

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Import candles: LTC-USD, Bitfinex spot, start date: 2013-05-20 (or earlier)
2. Instead of going to progress view, we end up at:

Expected behavior Progress view opens, warning message doesn't appear. Progress view open issue happens for any date prior to first existing date. Bonus: add button to gather all data. Bonus 2: use other exchanges to fill holes in data. This will not always be possible so I'd even go with filling it linearly.
