Duplication of notification for RSS + RSS folder not respected

Summary

RSS feed seems to agregate instead of replacing and not using the specified download folder

Expected Behavior

Check the rss, if torrent isn't added import the match, delete source xml wait X minutes and rerun + add the torrent to the choosen folder

Current Behavior

Check the rss, import the match to flood (even if already exist), add the match and wait X minutes and rerun. + add the torrent to the default folder

Possible Solution

No idea..

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a RSS from jackett
2. Create a rule
3. Specify a download folder
4. Specify a time to check RSS

Context

Just automate download all release of a RSS feed if it match a format (AVI,EPUB etc..) and specifiy a completed folder
