Cannot clear notification list because it is too long

I should be able to see the button to clear the list

Current Behavior

Cannot see the button

Possible Solution

The list should be responsive recognize the height of the screen

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Download many torrents and use a 13" screen.
  2. Open notification tab
