Some comment blocks do not get folded.

When doing multi selection (CTRL+D) atom unfolds comment blocks to show what got selected (nice! actually). But after that happens the commands of this extension do not effect this unfolded blocks, they stay unfolded even when doing a "fold all".

The same happens when manually unfolding a comment block "unfold all" does not effect it at all and its stays unfolded.

This may be related to #17 not sure.
