Make paste name permanent (add a permanent link to a paste)

Hi, I'm not quite sure what you're asking for here.

If you want your paste URLs to continue working forever, then you need to pin them.

Otherwise, I don't see what is non-permanent about the way it currently works. The paste URL won't change.

I'm talking about having a link to a paste that is based on a name, not on a hash and a decryption key. There needs to be a way for pastes to have a name, so that when you edit such pastes, they will still have the same name - and people who have a link to one of these "named" pastes will be albe to see the paste with the most recent changes.
