I'll add that many DNS addresses are also seemingly blocked in the main list, as well as several other sites that don't collect data or advertise. I'm questioning what it is this ad list is actually doing, considering it's blocking much more than it claims to be. Malicious? Probably not, but definitely questionable as things like Cloudflare DNS's TLS addresses shouldn't be blocked by an ad list of all things. In a quick search of the individually split lists, they seem to lack blocks of Cloudflare addresses, so I'm more inclined to use them until some sort of answer or solution is provided.
Why is my comment here? It's the only open issue that references Cloudflare, but does seem to highlight the core issue here, thus an addendum.
Most of them are whilisted. Some others are still their become they are providing ads
