[feature request] an option to automatically remove trumped and removed torrents

In practice only applies to private torrents. 'Trumped' refers to replaced torrents (e.g. a newer version for a piece of software, higher logs on a music tracker, the upload was against the tracker's rules or guidelines).

An error in the client isn't a reliable indication since the tracker server may be down, or your client can't connect for any reason. Trackers sent their own messages for trumped and removed torrents.
