请教关于空盒子方面的问题

大佬你好： 想请教下关于“天空”限制盒子的问题 现在天空限制盒子，前一个小时的上传量不计，想咨询下有没有可以按照种子时间计算上传的（比如前一小时上传量的统计参数）这样就能根据这个来删种了。不然头大，不好刷啊。 如果没有这个参数的话能否后期考虑添加了？
