Is it possible to delete torrents using Tags as remove condition?

I back up all my torrents to cloud services, like google drive etc. I am currently using the following script to upload completed torrents to cloud. The script would then tag successfully uploaded torrent. While this script can be also be used to delete torrents, it deletes torrent right after it has been uploaded to cloud, for sites with Hit&Run policy, immediate torrent deletion is not feasible.

What I aim to achieve is delete only torrents that achieved required amount of seed time and are tagged. I do not wish to delete untagged torrents.
