Doesn't work in Firefox

The example doesn't work in the latest version of Firefox (44.0). When you scroll to the bottom of the element, scrolling does hesitate briefly, but if you continue scrolling, the parent element will start scrolling.

Thanks for taking the time to report this with detail. I haven't had time to improve this plugin for a while but I'll try to dive into the browser-specific issues in the near future as I know the plugin still needs improvement in that sector.

If anyone else has the time or existing knowledge on the intricacies of scroll event handling in different browsers I'd be more than happy to accept pull requests!
