Update ipytest imports

In this pull request, I've:

  • updated the notebook ipytest imports so that Travis CI now passes
  • updated travis to also run against python 3.9
  • updated the post_save_hook, as the latest version of nbconvert no longer includes jquery as default
  • regenerated the beginner and intermediate test html pages
