Add an entity specific page and hiding feature

This PR adds an entity page where the entity can be hidden. The hiding feature will remove this entity from the list of entities of that type, but will add it to the list of hidden entities. The entity page can be accessed by clicking the entity name, while clicking the icon changes the state of the entity. The entity page also includes an On/Off switch and an effects list for the entities that support it and have an effect list.
