Feature Request: Export CSV

Hi there,

I just found your fork after having loads of crash issues with the original MongoHub, thank you so much for supporting this.

One feature I did use a lot was the Export as CSV rather than JSON, I don't suppose there's any chance in bringing that back is there?

Why not... It's should be easy, I just need time... Which is a lot in fact. Meanwhile, you can try export to mysql and then to CSV.

importing from csv would also be pretty handy, and looks like it's gone..
