Expand 3 doesn't work

Expand 3 expands all the documents.

What mongohub version? Can you reproduce it all the time? Do you have a dataset so I can try?

Latest, reproducible, it should work with any dataset.

I can't reproduce this issue. But I did find an issue with "Expand All". It doesn't if Expand 1, 2 or 3 have been used before. Plus, playing with expands, the column size changes.
