d3 v4 compatibility

Hello, I'm developping a shiny app that has dependencies on d3v4 (networkD3) but I'd like to add an interactive circlepack view. Do you plan to code a d3v4 version of your circlepackeR function ?

Hi @phileas-condemine! Unfortunately, I no longer have the cycles to actively maintain this project. I'd be more than happy to review any PR's, but I don't plan to make any changes myself.
