How to use own websocket server on a http domain like http://myownsocket.com

I am working on a hardware as a websocket client connect to ws://echo.websocket.org and send and receive message. I want to have my own webserver. I have http domain and space but I can not connect when using easywebsocket example. Pleas help Thank you
