csvlook function not defined in docker image

The book makes a reference here to a https://github.com/jeroenjanssens/data-science-at-the-command-line/blob/44cddf60fdbb1a598f1e253b560346c90bce88b7/book/2e/02.Rmd#L597

bash function csvlook that is only defined in the book in the file https://github.com/jeroenjanssens/data-science-at-the-command-line/blob/44cddf60fdbb1a598f1e253b560346c90bce88b7/book/2e/_console_start.R#L25

But it's not defined in the book's docker image, or any other variable or alias for that matter. So it doesn't work
