Preference not working

The current build generates a vcard which cannot be parsed by Outlook or iOS. This is specific to the Phone and Email-Types.

Currently it is:

TEL;PREF;WORK:+49 (0) 123 456

But should be:

TEL;PREF=1;TYPE=WORK:+49 (0) 123 456
